Wallet Recharges: Any funds added to the user's virtual wallet are also non-refundable. Users are encouraged to recharge their wallets carefully, considering their upcoming session needs.
Eligibility: In the event that money has been deducted from the user's wallet, but the session or consultation did not occur due to technical issues or any other valid reasons, a refund may be processed.
